Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Adamegorbota

The Kerinci Regency in Sumatra is known for its high-quality coffee production due to fertile volcanic soils and high altitudes.

Ethiopian coffee is renowned for its intricate flavours, vibrant acidity, and floral notes, and this gem is no exception.  Certified organic, it has outstanding ratings in body, flavour, balance, and aftertaste.

Sourced from the Adamegarbota cooperative in the Wonago district of Southern Ethiopia this coffee stands out for it's exceptional quality.  The cooperative has a rich history, dating back to the late 1970s, making it one of the oldest coffee cooperatives in the region.  Over the years, they gained a stellar reputation for premium Yirgacheffe coffee beans, praised locally and internationally in Europe, Japan, and the United States.

Tasting: Lemongrass, Chamomile, Cinnamon, Honey and Lemon. A sticky body and Lemon acidity carry through to an Apricot and Orange Blossom.

Colombia Jairo Arcila Honey Pink Bourbon Wine Yeast Orange

Elevate your coffee experience with this breathtaking coffee created by Jairo Arcila, a third generation coffee grower.

This coffee was exposed to a dry anaerobic fermentation period of 72 hours with the pulp on.  During this fermentation stage, ripe oranges and wine yeast were added. Afterward, cherries were pulped and then left to dry on raised beds with ripe oranges placed amongst the coffee until the ideal moisture content was achieved.

This exceptional coffee presents a wonderfully fruity and intricate profile.

Tasting: Orange Blossom, Caramelised Orange, Kiwi, Sweet Chocolate

Brazil Mantiqueira De Minas

This coffee has been grown at a relatively low altitude, given its' deep flavour profile and complexity. Grown in the beating heart of the Mantiqueira Mountains, this coffee offers a smooth and delicious tasting profile with a soft caramel and chocolate body, with mixed berry notes and a red wine acidity.

The Rio Verde Valley Growers Co-op was established in 1961, with the intention of collaborating to produce high grade, genuine specialty coffee in Brazil. Since then, the production of coffee in Minas Gerais has been refined and perfected to become widely regarded as one of the best growing regions in Brazil (and all of South America).

Perfectly paired with milk, but equally as enjoyable as a black coffee, this brew is a guaranteed coffee connoisseur fuel and a must have in your specialty coffee collection.

Tasting: Soft caramel and chocolate body, with mixed berry notes and a red wine acidity.

Guatemala – El Boqueron Natural

Produced in the Santa Rosa region, the 250 smallholder farmers who contribute to this Boqueron coffee have made a commitment to only harvest between December and February, which means that the crop is at its absolute peak ripeness.

Tasting: With this Guatemalan gem being carefully naturally dried and also being super ripe when picked, we are seeing some mind blowing notes of tropical fruit, cherry and strawberries.
