The 'Honey Process; is a method of processing the coffee cherries with skin and pulp removed. Honey processed coffees are less acidic, sweeter and more full-bodied than wet processed.
Tasting: Clean balanced acidity and body carry notes of milk chocolate, vanilla and nectarine.
