• Dose: 22.5g
• Yield: 45g (1:2 Brew Ratio)
• Time: 26–30 seconds
• Roaster’s Tip: To highlight the "Lemonade" brightness, try a slightly faster shot (closer to 26 seconds). If you prefer a more dominant chocolate profile, let the shot run slightly longer.
