Panama Geisha Chevas Estate (Boquete)
A rare and expressive Panama Geisha from Chevas Estate in Boquete, crafted through Lost Origin’s innovative fermentation program. This lot showcases lifted florals, stone fruit sweetness and the clarity that defines world‑class Panamanian Geisha.
Expect: Blackberry, Fruity Complexity, Tartaric Acidity, Juicy Texture, Clean Sweetness.
The cup opens with ripe blackberry and layered fruit notes, supported by a lively tartaric acidity that adds structure and brightness. The texture is juicy and refreshing, finishing with a clean, refined sweetness that highlights the precision of the Lanchea Thermotolerans fermentation.

From the renowned El Vergel Estate in Fresno, Tolima, this espresso showcases one of the most intensely fruity and expressive microlots produced by farmers Elías and Shady Bayter. Grown in a plot surrounded by guava trees and located beside the estate’s washing station, this lot has become famous for its bold fruit character and exceptional sweetness.
Tasting: Chocolate • Plum • Guava • Red Fruits • Citric Acidity • Tangerine

I am extremely disappointed. It has no taste, no aroma, it’s like they put an old coffee bean in a new package. I will not buy from here again, and I will not recommend it to others.
