By employing water and a natural compound of Sugarcane Molasses, this process results in a decaf with unexpected complexity and sweetness. Overall, the ethyl acetate process is recognized as a gentle and natural alternative to chemical solvent methods, allowing for a reduced caffeine content without sacrificing taste or aroma.
