The Innovative Co-Fermentation process
This unique decaf begins its journey with an innovative 120-hour anaerobic fermentation in cherry. What makes it truly special is the addition of dehydrated passion fruit pulp during this stage, infusing the beans with incredible, rich, fruity flavours right from the start. Following fermentation, the beans are meticulously dried in mechanical silos for 144 hours to achieve optimal moisture. A crucial 30-day stabilization period in GrainPro bags then ensures consistency and fully preserves their distinctive flavour profile.
