Sourced from the heart of Tropical North Queensland, these Arabica beans thrive in an environment shaped by rich volcanic soil, seasonal monsoonal rains, and abundant sunshine. The Arriga Estate farm itself is positioned at the highest point of elevation along the Great Dividing Range. It is a truly idyllic location, and we believe this cup of Jack Murat captures the essence of that Australian paradise.

The Process: Innovative Anaerobic Natural
The JM team guarantees the highest possible quality by making use of unique, in-house developed sorting and processing technology. This coffee's pristine flavour structure is the result of meticulous anaerobic fermentation:
- 12-Day Anaerobic Process: The coffee is sealed in fermentation tanks for 12 days, an oxygen-free environment that maximizes the development of complex sugars and soft acidity.
- Controlled Drying: After fermenting and developing, the coffee was then dried at a controlled temperature of 35 degrees celsius to lock in those vibrant flavours and ensure stability.
