Produced by Orijem Timor in Laclo village, this coffee underwent an extended 110-hour whole cherry anaerobic fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks before being carefully dried on raised beds. This meticulous process enhances vibrant fruit characteristics, complex sweetness and expressive aromatics.
Roasted for espresso, Lot 5D delivers layers of ripe red fruits, wine-like complexity and silky sweetness balanced by elegant lactic acidity. The result is a bold yet refined espresso that rewards adventurous coffee drinkers seeking something truly distinctive.
