Expert Natural Processing
Only the ripest cherries from selected farmers are accepted for this microlot. After meticulous hand-sorting and density separation, the coffee is slow-dried on raised tables for 35-40 days.
Throughout drying, the cherries are turned regularly to ensure even fermentation and flavour development while protecting bean quality. This careful process creates the intense sweetness, syrupy body, and fruit complexity that define Rwanda's finest natural coffees.
