How to Make Prana Chai at Home

1. Add 2–3 heaped teaspoons (20g) of Prana Chai to a Turkish pot or small saucepan.
2. Pour in 1 cup of your favourite milk (soy recommended).
3. Heat gently, stirring, until hot (just before simmering).
4. Strain into your favourite cup and enjoy.
