Brew Guide: The Perfect Signature Pour

To get the most out of our signature espresso blend, we recommend the following parameters. While we provide a starting point, every home coffee machine is different. Factors like pump pressure, grinder quality, and water temperature will vary, so we recommend using these as a guide and tweaking the settings to suit your personal preference.

Espresso

  • Dose: 22.5g
  • Yield: 45g (1:2 Brew Ratio)
  • Time: 27–32 seconds

Roaster’s Tip: 

For milk‑based drinks, aim for a slightly tighter yield (around 40g) to intensify the chocolate notes against the sweetness of the milk.
