A remarkable expression of single origin filter coffee from Ethiopia’s iconic Gedeo Zone. Grown in the Konga Wete village of Yirgacheffe, this lot represents the collective craft of more than 1,890 smallholder farmers, each cultivating coffee in their own backyard gardens. Collected at the respected Amederaro Konga Washing Station, this release showcases the celebrated JARC varieties 74110, 74112 and 74165, known for their clarity, structure and exceptional cup quality.

Filter Brew Guide

To highlight the lemon sorbet brightness and caramel sweetness:

  • Dose: 20g (medium grind)
  • Yield: 265ml
  • Water Temp: 92–94°C
  • Time: ~2:30

Roaster’s Tip: These high‑altitude JARC varieties create an exceptionally clean canvas. Use a high‑quality paper filter and a steady circular pour. If the citrus feels a little sharp, drop the water temperature slightly to bring forward more caramel sweetness.
