Sustainable, Chemical‑Free Farming
Grown by producer Bekele Kachara on a 10‑hectare farm in Sidama, this coffee is cultivated using fully sustainable, chemical‑free practices. Intercropping with Ensete ventricosum (“false banana”) enriches the soil, supports biodiversity and strengthens the natural ecosystem — resulting in exceptional cup quality.
96‑Hour Anaerobic Natural Process
This coffee undergoes a meticulous 96‑hour anaerobic fermentation, enhancing fruit esters and amplifying sweetness. Carefully controlled temperature, precise rotation schedules and shaded drying create a clean, vibrant and complex flavour profile ideal for filter brewing.
