Precision Processing: The Washed Bourbon Standard
This lot is processed with meticulous care to highlight purity and clarity.
High‑Altitude Bourbon (1900–2200 MASL)
Slow cherry maturation at extreme elevations increases density and flavour complexity.
12–24 Hour Fermentation
After depulping, the cherries undergo controlled fermentation to unlock floral aromatics and refined acidity.
Sun‑Drying on Raised Beds
The parchment dries for 2–3 weeks until it reaches the ideal 11–12% moisture content, ensuring stability and longevity.
Quality Assurance
Every lot is cupped multiple times to ensure only the finest, defect‑free beans reach your filter brewer.

This coffee came with my Moccamaster to try, and I have fallen in love with it. It’s perfect for both my new machine and also works a treat in my French Press - served it to friends visiting and one said it was the best coffee they’d had in years. Super smooth and sweet, it’s a great find, highly recommended!
