12–24 Hour Fermentation

After depulping, the cherries undergo controlled fermentation to unlock floral aromatics and refined acidity.

Sun‑Drying on Raised Beds

The parchment dries for 2–3 weeks until it reaches the ideal 11–12% moisture content, ensuring stability and longevity.

Quality Assurance

Every lot is cupped multiple times to ensure only the finest, defect‑free beans reach your filter brewer.
