Bounty Bliss: A Tropical Indulgence, Roasted for the Bold

Bounty Bliss is where comfort meets adventure. This signature blend pairs our deep, chocolate‑driven house roast with El Vergel Estate's Tropical Splash—one of Colombia’s most expressive coconut co‑fermented coffees.

The result is a cup that feels like an escape: silky coconut truffle, iced citrus punch, rich chocolate, and a soft caramel finish. Sweet, smooth, and transportive. Your favourite tropical treat, reimagined for your morning ritual.

The Innovation: Natural Coconut Co‑Fermentation

What sets Bounty Bliss apart is that its tropical character isn’t added after roasting—it’s created at origin.

El Vergel Estates's coffee fermentation process infuses the coffee with coconut flavours.

Huila and Caldas are fermented anaerobically with yeast and coconut flavours for 144 hours. This step builds the core tropical esters that define this tropical coffee fermentation profile.

Sun‑Drying with Lemon Peel After fermentation, the coffee is sun‑dried for 30 days with lemon peel, infusing a bright citrus edge and a refreshing lemonade‑like acidity. The coffee and lemon peel are dried together on raised beds using both sun and mechanical drying to ensure consistency.

Tasting Profile: Coconut, Tropical Fruit & Chocolate

Bounty Bliss is a dessert‑like blend with a multi‑layered, tropical profile.

Creamy Coconut – Silky, aromatic, and unmistakably tropical Tropical Fruit – Citrus lemonade and pineapple for brightness Milk Chocolate – Rich, comforting base Caramel Finish – Smooth, lingering sweetness

Brew Guide: Your Tropical Ritual

Espresso

  • Dose: 22g
  • Yield: 44ml (1:2)
  • Time: 28–31 seconds

Roaster’s Tip: In milk, expect a flavour almost identical to a Bounty bar—coconut, chocolate, caramel. As a black coffee, the tropical fruit notes become juicier and more pronounced.

Roast Level: Medium‑Dark (Modern)

Cold Brew

  • Ratio: 1:10 (coffee to water)
  • Steep: 16–18 hours

Roaster’s Tip: Coconut esters are highly soluble in cold water. Serve over ice with a splash of coconut milk for the ultimate summer coffee.
