Bounty Bliss is where comfort meets high-end coffee adventure. This signature blend is a collaboration of textures, pairing our deep, soulful house roast with Brayan Alvear’s Tropical Splash—a standout co-ferment from Huila, Colombia.
The result is a cup that feels like an escape. Imagine a silky coconut truffle meeting an iced citrus punch—layered with deep chocolatey tones and a soft caramel finish. It’s sweet, smooth, and utterly escapist. It’s your favourite tropical treat, reimagined for the morning brew.
The Innovation: Natural Coconut Co-Fermentation
What makes Bounty Bliss a favourite among adventurous drinkers is that its tropical notes aren't added after roasting. They are integrated at the source.
By blending beans that have been anaerobically fermented with dehydrated coconut and coconut water for 144 hours, we achieve a depth of flavour that syrups simply cannot match. This process allows the coffee to absorb the creamy coconut esters naturally, creating a seamless transition from the fruit notes to the rich chocolate base of the roast.

Bounty Bliss is a versatile blend that excels across all brewing methods, but it truly shines when paired with milk to amplify that "truffle" character.
Espresso
- Dose: 22g
- Yield: 44ml (1:2 ratio)
- Time: 28–31 seconds
- Roaster’s Tip: In a flat white or latte, the coconut and chocolate notes merge to create a flavour identical to a Bounty bar. For a black coffee, expect a "juicier" tropical fruit finish.
Cold Brew
- Dose: 1:10 ratio (Coffee to Water)
- Steep Time: 16–18 hours
- Roaster’s Tip: The coconut esters are highly soluble in cold water. Serving this over ice with a splash of coconut milk is the ultimate summer coffee experience.
