Brayan Alvear’s co‑ferment protocol infuses the coffee with natural coconut esters during fermentation, not through syrups or flavourings.

144‑Hour Anaerobic Coconut Fermentation Coffee cherries ferment in sealed tanks with dehydrated coconut and coconut water, allowing the beans to absorb creamy, tropical aromatics at a molecular level.

Seamless Integration This process produces a flavour depth that artificial additives can’t replicate—smooth, creamy coconut layered naturally into the chocolate base of the blend.

Roaster’s Tip: In milk, expect a flavour almost identical to a Bounty bar—coconut, chocolate, caramel. As a black coffee, the tropical fruit notes become juicier and more pronounced.

Roast Level: Medium‑Dark (Modern)

Cold Brew

  • Ratio: 1:10 (coffee to water)
  • Steep: 16–18 hours
