The Motobean Brew Guide

For the best results, we recommend brewing this as a traditional stovetop chai or a café-style latte:

Stovetop

Add 2–3 heaped teaspoons (20g) to a small saucepan. Cover with a splash (40ml) of hot water to "bloom" the spices for 1 minute. Add 210ml of your favourite milk (we love it with Oat or Soy) and heat until hot. Remove just before simmering.  Strain into a mug and enjoy.

Tea Pot / Plunger

Add 2–3 heaped teaspoons (20g) to a pot or Plunger. Cover with a splash (40ml) of hot water to "bloom" the spices for 1 minute. Add 210ml of your favourite milk (we love it with Oat or Soy) then steep for 2 minutes to allow for infusion.    Strain into a mug and enjoy.

Iced

Steep as above with a small amount of hot water, strain over ice, and top with cold milk for a refreshing summer alternative.

Cold Brew

Add 100g Arkadia Chai Sticky Blend to your French Press. Pour over 1L of milk of your choice and stir gently.  Leave to steep overnight in your fridge. Plunge and serve over ice.
