Harvested from Finca Parritilla in the highly prized Tarrazu region, this coffee has been grown and processed by William Mora Merno who is a member of the ASOPROAAA Cooperative. The farm was named after the town in which is located. Finca Parritilla was purchased by the Merno family 35 years ago.
This farm has a long history for producing some of the best coffee in all of Costa Rica. And this coffee is absolutely no exception. Using modern processing techniques, Finca Parritilla have once again delivered a mind-blowing coffee. With toffee and milk chocolate tasting notes balanced out with delicate florals and a blackberry acidity. This coffee holds firm as one of our favourites of the year (so far)!
