This microlot is produced by the Chacon family at Cumbres Del Poas and is then transported for processing at the Las Lajas micro mill, considered one of the best in Central America.
Las Lajas is famous for its organic 'honey' and 'natural' processing methods. This bean is a natural "Alma Negra" process and is an absolute tasty number. We have roasted it two ways: espresso roast and filter roast and both ways bring our banger flavours.
